Probably the KIA because it is just a set up and you will not need to spend much time in the opening.
^i also like the KIA. you could also try the cow or the bird if you don't mind giving up a point or two in the opening for a solid position
London system or colle system, that's the kind of structure i play usually

The bird for sure. Very fun to play, not so fun to play against. I would go on to show my best win with it against a FM, but I'll stay humble :)
