I docked at the 2000 Lichess rapid rating after a long haul. A big achievement for me at my age of 13. I’ve received lots of valuable information and tips on this forum. Anyone that can help me identify what I need to work on to push my ratings to 2100? Is getting there in 2 weeks over ambitious?
Here are 3 of my games. You can look up others. Really appreciate your help.

Don't worry about 2100. You will get there soon, it doesn't matter when.
To me the points to work on :
-
openings. You get very little as White and bad positions as Black. Since you're playing slow openings as White it will improve as you sharpen both your positional sense and concrete play but you have to fix your Dragon as Black right now. The whole point of the accelerated Dragon move-orders is that White can't get a normal yugoslav setup because then Black plays d5 in one go and therefore if White tries to do it, it completely equalizes if not more. But in your games you always end up playing d6 and then on top of that you get bad versions of the Yugoslav.
-
concrete calculation. You have a good positional and strategic sense, your moves are harmonious most of the time, but you miss concrete opportunities for both sides here and there, and you play too much on general considerations. Even in quiet positions finding the right move sometimes depends on precise calculation of several small variations - that sucks but that's what it is.
-
endgames. Here also the lack of concrete calculation tells. You need some knowledge to play endgames well, but also to calculate a lot and work the variations til the end. Just in recent games you lost several endgames solely because of that (eg : the pawn endgame with the losing h4 and the bishop endgame with g4 when Kc6 is a straightforward win).

Nrewal has pointed out the way forward so clearly. Good comment!.

Nerwal....I really like your response. It sure is helpful to me. Thank you for taking your time to go through my games and give me accurate feedback. I’ll work on them progressively. For the Lichess rating, I do live in Kenya and we do not have that many FIDE rated tournaments so I bank on the Lichess rating to gauge my strength. For the openings, I think I need to go back to the basics and learn them properly. Kinda lost of where to start from though I know especially with stronger players they will punish me brutally there. Let me study each of the points you have mentioned and see how to change them progressively. Thank you once again.

Looking at your 3 games, I get the impression you like to simplify games quickly by exchanging and reaching an endgame or queenless positions.
Nothing wrong with that. If it gives you good results. My advice is to try to hold the tension and don't simplify quickly unless it does really give you a strong endgame advantage.
If I was gonna play against you, I will pick an opening and plans that maintain the tension and I won't simply simplify because I get the impression this will be your weak point. Eventually something will implode.
Also I won't be striving for 2100. I will focus more on winning. The rating will follow.

You are spot on noobie519. I actually feel the urge to “simplify” and when in essence am exchanging a good piece for a bad one. Thank for that, I’ll keep that in mind and change it.
