Can you be banned because someone decided say you must. I have a chat threat and after that I was banned after more than 300 games. Need help want to go on playing

Your ban may be associated with a report, certainly not related to threats.

Edit: given the fact that nearly 7000 reports hit lichess personnel every day you can consider yourself lucky to get banned so fast you associate it with the chat :P
