Lichess' mobile app isn't fully developed. Infact, in their last 2025 midway update, they just started adding some features.

I would say not. Use lichess.org online and get LiChess Tools by @totalnoob69. I think there is also a Prettier Lichess extension.

I usually play games here on my laptop using google chrome. I use the lichess app from time to time on my iphone and that works great too.

The Lichess app is extremely glitchy and doesn't have many features the mobile web version does. I prefer not using it.

In my opinion, the app doesn't have all the features that the browser has which is a bit disappointing. I also don't like playing chess on a phone. I'm very distracted when I play on my phone but that's a personal issue for me.

The app has some things I like. First is that I am immediately presented with my game history, just like the home page of chess dot com. Also, I see my rating there. I don't have to ferret around in my profile to see these things. In game, I can see all the pieces taken, rather than just the material difference. I prefer it
