Why thid is a blunder?

here on move fourteen white rook attacked the queen and I removed the queen to Qe8 which is a blunder. Why is it so? What is the point on sacrificing the queen?

After Nxe4, Rxd8+ Rxd8, You are a rook and bishop for a queen with multiple threats.

@IndianDoraemon use one of your gadgets, just kidding....Qe8 is a tactical failure because better was taking the bishop at e4 by N×e4,then they would have taken your queen,then R×e8....now whats the scenario? Queen at c2 is indirectly attacked by white bishop,knight at c3 by Bishop at g7,both rooks are at central files...at any time you can play Bh3+ then Re8 doubling the rooks and threatening to pin the queen....N×e4 would have made the game a tactical battlefield for you and defensive hell for them...
