For the nerdy people out there that want to know why stockfish does this:
Here is my analysis of the situation. There are 4 facts that actually make this strange position a win for black if stockfish 8 is playing as white. (It's a dead draw)
Fact 1: The black king as a completely impenetrable fortress. In spite of having 5 pawns and a bishop that the black king can never be forced away from the promotion square in the corner not in a million moves.
Fact 2: Stockfish is programmed to avoid 3 fold repetition, stalemate, 50 move rule, draw offers and so on if the position is favorable.
Fact 3: Stockfish has "Spite" programmed into it. If it's coming close to 50 move rule it will give away a pawn if it must to maintain what it believes to be a chance to win. So it will convert the draw it sees as a +8 or whatever to a +7 then a +6 and so on as long as it can do so.
Fact 4: Stockfish has a "Move Limit" of 151 moves programmed into it that it does not cap evaluation for. So it automatically resigns on move 151.
