Have you had a look at the actual move times? Looks a lot different there from what you are saying.

That's the thing. My ping is so bad even though I premove everything my clock still tick. In that game, it ticked 34 seconds. Imagine if I don't use premoves.

That is not a lichess thing, I would think.
It must be a terrible connection on your side, you should not blame lichess for it.
