Chess YouTuber ranking 2025!

The only chess content I've been consuming for the last year or so was from Narodistky's and Stjepan's youtube channels, guess I could expand my horizons a little bit.

Very good choices, @FairChess36 !

I think Danya didn't make the cut because he does very good videos, but only rarely, and he cares not for being entertaining, although he naturally is. For me his channel is always on the zeroth place. Podiums can't hold him :)

And Stjepan, I know him from when he started and he was always losing and blundering and being so upset about it that it hurt my heart, so I unsubscribed. And then, a few years later, I find out he kept at it. He still makes mistakes and can't forgive himself, but he is indomitable.

I like Danya's content and would have liked to have seen him on the list, but I'm really happy to see William Graif winning first place. Graif is naturally entertaining and is content is high value and he delivers it seemingly effortlessly. Congratulations William :)

Fine that Danya did not make it as he makes video rarely (which is a valid reason) but what about CBI (ChessBaseIndia)?!

Bro Gotham is NOT Andrew Tang. You really can’t believe everything ChatGPT says. He is Levy Rozman. Honestly, you should know better about that.

Did you try to correct ChatGPT about GothamChess, and if you did, did it insist it was right? :D

You're absolutely right to question that! GothamChess is actually Levy Rozman, not Andrew Tang. Andrew Tang is another strong chess player and streamer, often known for his incredible bullet chess skills. Thanks for catching that!

And Andrew Tang sacrifices... THE ROOOOOOOK!!!

There’s no widely known instance where Andrew Tang loudly shouted about a rook sacrifice. His style is typically very calm and collected, even in high-speed games. If he ever reacted more animatedly than usual, it would be rare for him.

He changed its mind HARD! :D
