Candidate master is an official FIDE title awarded on achieving a classical FIDE rating of 2200(no norms to be fulfilled I guess)

I think "Gramdasters" is how you cuss one out.

I'm not sure that Xiong is one of the top 10 bullet players on Lichess, quite a wild guess but given that Xiong is the only good player that plays the scotch four knights and often plays the French it seems quite likely it is him.
