Hi guys. I have chess buddy from Belarus who is fairly good. I believe he was national candidate master back when he was younger but then he gave up on chess a bit. We have been playing for the past 2 years or so, but he didn't have lichess account. Finally i convinced him to create account on lichess (https://lichess.org/@/shagg1) and soon he was banned for no specific reason. I think it is frustrating for me as much as it is frustrating for him. What is the ban reason? Who made this call? How to appeal?
