Since I can't find a forum post from either of you I can only surmise that your match was supposed to be 06/04/22 16:00 UTC. If indeed that time was agreed upon (and I am not saying that it was not, just that I have no way of knowing) then your opponent gets a yellow card for failing to appear within twenty minutes of that time (such is the duration of the grace period; there is no need to wait any longer than that).

I hope this demonstrates why we ask players who have agreed a time to state publicly when it is.
