What are the best free chess resources online?

I've obviously heard of lichess. I also just started on chesstempo but you have to pay for a lot of the features on there. What other sites are good?

Chessable has some free content and I liked their set up. I am not as familiar with all the chess tools online much less the free one's, but Chessable was one that I recall and enjoyed using.

The App "Follow Chess" is nice, you can observe tournament games live on your smartphone with it.
