I don't know how does the algorithm assign points when you win against a stronger opponent, but I noticed that even if I win against a +200 points stronger one, I only get +8 points. Is it correct? What should I do to get +15 or more?
Can I share the pgn by uplading the file?

If you win +8 in one game and you want to win +15, you win two games, right? ;P
I think that with a difference of 400 points more or less you add more 15 (as long as the rating stabilized, the first games did go up and down a lot)

So it depends on rating difference and ratind deviation. With stable rating gaining 15 points per game is very rare
I once gained +15 points in a stable rating against an opponent about 500 rating points higher than me
https://lichess.org/XRVtlmns @IPSoDeath he was just 1300 and he did mistakes and his real rating is 1200 not acording to me but for blitz or rapid in one of them it says that so you should be happy you gained 8 points only if you win real players or 1700+ with little rating only then shall you but be happy you got 8 points in reality you should have gotten 5
