I'm confused because when i saw his profile and was seeing his recent games but for some reason it showed that he was playing a few rated games and he still didn't get any rating. Is this a bug and could this happen to anyone else?
His rating is much higher than his opponents. If you played someone rated at 500, you would rarely gain any rating as well. think of it as him gaining 0,01 rating per game.
