It characterizes your play by phase (opening, middlegame, and endgame) https://www.chess.com/news/view/chesscom-launches-game-review-v2#report-card lichess insights let's you see your accuracy by phase also, but it doesn't do it as part of a game's computer analysis.

In the first photo the move e4 which is Englund Gambit is considered a blunder. And then there is another move which is considered a blunder.

This one considers this a blunder. I thought alright, fine I won’t play England gambit. Then I went to chess.com and replayed the moves here in the Analysis and saw Here, e4 is considered a Book Move
