I created the position and let my stockfish crunch it. It persists in the (-60 eval) error for about three moves, then suddenly sees (+#6 eval).
Why it fails to properly value the queens likely has to do with heuristics that serve to optimize strength in non-nonsensical positions, thereby pruning the tree.
