What is the difference between "pushing" and "shoving" exactly?

OMG I am not getting into yeeting vs throwing before it's absolutely necessary.

When I throw people places, I have some consideration for the person being thrown, so I prefer to yeet people instead as it saves mental energy while partaking in this activity !. :).
