Tips on how to get more emojis in forums

Man this is getting confusing.
Like i wanted to answer the question but i thought it would be quite random to do so in the middle of this...arguement? :l

I have been lurking on forums for a long time and can say that @clousems does not gaslight people.

The fact that clousems has a different worldview than you doesn't make him a villain. And at least in the arguments that I've seen him give to you, he appears really constructive!

It was a joke. Unecessary? Maybe. But all jokes are unecessary.

That said, I don't blame @AllahBoard for getting mad.

Now about gaslighting.

The definition of gaslighting is "a form of psychological abuse or manipulation in which the abuser attempts to sow self-doubt and confusion in their victim's mind."

What @clousems said (sorry for the ping!) would not be gaslighting since he never said that @AllahBoard wasn't justified to be mad. He hasn't sown any self-doubt or confusion - so it doesn't make sense to throw words around where they shouldn't be thrown around, you know what I mean?

I encourage you to read through the actual interactions between clousems and AllahBoard. Go look through the different threads instead of just looking at what you see here.

Thank you my friend. Yes, abusiveness always turns to gaslighting fairly instantly these days because people have gotten to know how to use it. And it's so, it's really so horrifically unnecessary. Why in the universe would conflict be so entrenched on the internet when it so unimaginably easy to use these powerful tools for PEACE, instead of for following people into threads and making nasty comments at them, and the rest.

If I’m not mistaken, consistent unsubstantiated accusations of gaslighting is a form of gaslighting

Also, I really am quite curious as to what about me initiates such ire from people with whom I’ve never interacted. A comment about the dangers of inflammatory rhetoric shouldn’t lead to this.

Actually, this should solve things:

@AllahBoard : I recently reported someone for attempting to gaslight me (I say “attempting”, because it was a really poor attempt). Mods took action against said individual. Report whatever I said that you think is gaslighting to the mods, stop trolling me with downvotes and whatnot, and get on with your effing life. I’m sure you have much better things to do than annoy a guy with whom you’ve had limited interactions.
