How often do you need that repeated to you: YOU CAN'T CONNECT WITH TELNET TO LICHESS, because lichess is operated by a webserver and telnet and HTTP(s) are different protocols. The webserver and your telnet client speak different languages and hence can't understand each other.

Your request makes about as much sense as: "how can i speak english by using only french grammar and vocabulary?" You can't - regardless, how often you re-ask the same question.

You could try lichess' API but this won't be telnet either, rather (i suppose) a raw TCP socket connection.
