My girlfriend got pregnant accidentally what should I do?
It definitely couldn't have been accidental! It was on purpose, people can't do that accidentally. Best thing you can do is accept it, and become a dad.

Just get an abortion. Sometimes, when she already had 2 abortions the third one is for free.
Not a good suggestion. If she wants to abort, then fine. If not then let her keep it.

For people who don't get it: Birth control and condoms are not 100% effective. No protection will ever be 100% there. The only way to guarantee no baby is abstinence and/or surgery to remove reproductive organs.
So yes, accidental pregnancy is completely possible.
Source: Me, born from birth control pill failure ;)

I'm not condoning it. I don't think people should make commitments before actually commiting to each other. But clearly the damage is done, so I agree with Dukedog and others on how to move forward here.

Sometimes we just have to choose to do the right thing
Rather than the easy thing
Agreed, although what "the easy thing" is might depend on people.
One will just go with the flow and birth a kid that they didn't want to raise, making their life miserable. That ain't right.
One will run away and leave his girlfriend to become a single mom. That ain't right.
One will get an unwanted abortion to avoid becoming a single mom. That ain't right.
In any case the girlfriend is the one going through pregnancy, and at the end of the day the decision to do it or not should be hers.
And whatever this decision is, the man who got her pregnant should be supportive of it -- whether it involves becoming a father or renouncing to become one.

Or to have exclusively homosexual relations :)
