I love atomic I join what feels like millions and millions of teams based on atomic but a user named @diya_dhanapal who has played only 5 atomic games started joining not many but 3 of the atomic teams i'm in, and the same person doesn't participate in team battles neither tournaments, what should I do?

A) What makes you wonder about if this is reportable behaviour?
B) I believe that mentioning the user by name falls under public shaming.

Do nothing. He is under no obligation to play and additionally he's a beginner so it is perhaps best to cut him a break. Perhaps he will play when he has gained some confidence.
Some people join teams for visibility or to expand their network even if they don’t play often...
They might be genuinely curious about the atomic variant but have not committed to playing regularly!!
Unless they start spamming, harassing, or sabotaging events, it’s best not to assume ill intent.....
So I think u should not report maybe they are just exploring

yes I know them we go to a chess club together and so I know she has no interest in atomic

bro... grow some skin and realize:
the more ppl join this team , even they not do anything , this makes team more visible
if team is more visible to others , more players join , making team more visible
and in this case , more newbs and more veterans join
and one day in guild chat u c : 'anyone can teach me the basics of this mode?'
and then u know ur time has come to mentor them
if they r trolling however and spamming chat everyday u need to kick them !
