I usually see a 0 when I check the balance of my account around the 20th of a month.
I just tell the Building Society that there's a divided opinion on the matter of me having Zero money in there, I say I have some money, they say I haven't. :).

What's the worst mark you got? You just proved its existence then.

It's self-evident, I can type it in my keyboard, I don't need to prove it exists, although the value it represents is nule.

Zero is the absence of whatever is being measured. It is like having no debt and no savings, money wise. Now, dividing by it may be undefined per dollar of debt or dollar of savings. In a way its sort of like asking what is the value of something free? Free is free and has no earned value. It's kind of like if someone gave you something for Christmas that is worth the retail price of the comprimise between garbage and something usable. Yes, you might be able to recycle it and gets its true value worth the same price it takes to deliever it there to the recycling facility as what you are able to get for it. Was it worth it - this nothing? Well, on one hand you might feel good about recycling - being equal to your time/money spent on it, but on the otherhand - I wouldn't say that, that pursuit and aftermath would be felt good about because you don't personally profit from it. It's effectively a zero. But, hopefully, down the road that "nothing" or salvage value of trash is worth someone else's treasure given any real transformation of it - almost like a big bang theory for the Universe!

This is why I hate philosophers (and presumably you meant Parmenides).
