Why do people even beg for patron? It doesn't give you any extra features outside of a wing. Patron is there to support lichess and the wing is just a token of gratitude. Most people just beg in forums and do nothing to earn it. If you're gifted normally it's just for a month and you don't get the option to select your color. Also patron is really cheap and literally costs 1$ or an amount equivalent to that. Surely you have 1$ or so. If you're a kid surely you have pocket money and can give 1$ of it to your parents.
