Messi or Ronaldo? Who is better?

I dunno. If Tyreek hill played soccer he might have been better.

Not sure about that, @GoSeahawks3 - soccer players have to run 7 times as much without taking over three hours of breaks per game!

If an elite athlete like Usain Bolt, who played soccer growing up, couldn't make it in the 28th strongest soccer league then I think you might be overestimating Tyreek Hill just a smidgeon.

The only way he might have been better than Messi or Ronaldo is if they were both missing a leg.

then how about bo jackson or darell green? and william perry or deacon jones would have made a good goalie

Bo Jackson was a freak of nature. That man could've been a world knitting champion if he wanted to, and I would put nothing past him before he broke his back, but you seem to be under the impression that Ronaldo or Messi aren't elite athletes themselves.

Ronaldo broke a kid's arm in two places with a shot that went over the goal, and Manuel Neuer was able to stonewall a point blank Ronaldo shot with one arm. Soccer players can shoot the ball well in excess of 125 mph (200 km/h), accurately and with curve, and can also control the ball with their feet almost as well as a wide receiver can with his hands.

And they do it after running up to ten times as much per game as American football players, and they play three times as many games per season.

It seems to be a rather American-centric viewpoint that American athletes would dominate any sport they wanted to, which is both silly and insulting.
