Man I am so scared

So I have to go into surgery next month,diverticulitis, a hole in my intestine. Signing surgery consent forms,transfusion forms,talking with my surgeon as far as best case and worst case scenarios. I mean I could die.
Anyway, not to bore you with the details but have you ever have to undergo major surgery?

Btw they're removing part of my intestine

Lol thanks, I've got my fingers and my toes crossed.

All surgeries, as minor as they can be, are dangerous.
But if you are healthy enough, the only reason to be afraid is surgeon mistake, that is quite rare to be honest.

So shouldnt be that worrysome. Specially in the US.

Hit and run
Plate in my leg
Months of pain
Broke 2 ribs a couple of months later
UTI a few months later
Now GI surgery
But you know what?
Next year will be much better.
