Please make an icon for me. It starts with some blue hexagons and forms a solid black rectangle with a red border amid beams of light blue, blue, or purple rays, with 'KhrivenilSSP' and 'Libertas, Aequalitas, Fraternitas' on the rectangle. All of them should be full-capitalized and in serif fonts(I prefer Times New Roman and Source Serif). It will last for 7.8 seconds, then exit in a burst of white light.
