The problem with these "which chess site is better?" threads is that off-course more people will choose lichess since they are on this site.
So the "results" are useless.
Why would someone say "chess.com is better than lichess" when they are on lichess? Some would, but inherently, very few.
Ask this question on Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, YouTube, etc. then the results will mean something.
Chess.com is essentially a COMmertial chess site!!!! Lichess.org is not.
