Language difficulty

imo i don't really "hate" any languages per se. but when it comes to difficult languages i would say english soley because of the convoluted writing and grammar (which is wildly inconsistent). altho i would say mandarin chinese and japanese are strong contenders (mandarin chinese has a lot of tonal sounds and japanese has 3 writing systems and context-based grammar)

Dutch. Dutch is absolutely terrible in everything, WAY to many lil usless grammar rules...

imo i would say that german is harder than dutch because of it's more rigid grammar. plus german also has multiple cases and three genders (dutch only has two). however i can still understand where you're coming from.

As a german im always gonna say i dont like french (the language!) because im too dumb to learn it... but i dont think its the hardest in the world, the hardest is probably one of the languages that are mostly forgotten so no one can really teach you.

The Japanese love France and it is sincere but sometimes that's simply hilarious. I've seen photos of Japanese shopfronts that might be called "Bijou" or "Croissant" simply because of their love for the language, while inside there's sometimes neither jewelry nor bread. I even found a photo of a shop called "Mémé Palette." (Granny's Palette). Fun to know what do they sell in this shop. Maybe Cosmetics for making Grannies elegant ?

I do not hate languages, why would I? Except for French, maybe. But that's not the language's fault, it's the fault of the people who speak it... Just kidding of course, relax, you French people are charming... in your unique ways :-)

As for difficulty, it's relative. Depends on the languages you already know. For a Spaniard learning Italian must be easy. Not so much for an Indonesian or Japanese.
