It might be better to create a blog explaining the instructions and hosting this in a team forum.
Back in the day when forum games were popular on lichess, it kinda got too much here. So I believe it was @clousems who dedicated a team just for forum games
This thread is gonna go two ways, either no one is going to be interested and half the replies are questions or too many people join and the post gets too many comments

Well, that team is dead- I'm in it. I tried to do this there- it flopped. After the first game, I might move it over there, but it needs to gain popularity first.
And I'd rather not make a blog- I'd rather have a long first post because it needs to be constantly referred to when playing.
Yes, the last part is true of all KOTLs on chess.com- some have 5 posts, one has 100,000+.
I'm hoping for the latter scenario here :)
