“I’m stupid, not dumb” kinda means like, yeah I do dumb stuff or make mistakes, but I’m not clueless. I still get what’s going on.
“I’m dumb, not stupid” means more like, I act silly sometimes, but I’m not actually an idiot. I know what I’m doing, just being goofy.
