I already did several times. Grasshopers are an ancestral food for many Mexican native civilizations. Today is considered a snack, though you cant find it on stores. Mostly in fairs or special native events. They fry them, then you can add some lime and hot sauce. They aren that tasty at first, but over time you kinda like them. Its an acquired taste, like beer.

If it’s cooked, I can somewhat and somehow understand people eating it, bugs can be a good source of protein, but personally I ain’t eating those crawly things.
