I have a short attention span, so I opt for YouTube videos instead of books. I am currently in the middle of a lecture series by Prof.dr.ir Jacco Hoekstra: Aerospace Engineering Basic Course.

I can recommend you some books for physics olympiads
The core book that is used in most countries is "Physics" by Halliday, Resnick and Krane.
Personally, I prefer "Universitary physics with modern physics" by Young and Freedman (Sears-Zemansky)
