I have terribly lagging computer.

It's so annoying to play. I don't know why it's lagging.
I don't have any programs, I deleted everything. But I just played a game, and in the critical moment, my fps became like 2-3 on Lichess.
And I am losing games, because pieces don't go smoothly. I listened to music in another tab, and it happened because of the music. But how can I play without music. My computer is so old sh**. I am tired of losing. Because I need to put my resolution on 800*600, turn off music, clear brawzer history, close all tabs to avoid lagging of my CPU. I reinstalled Windows recently, no redundant programs. I'm so tired of this slow computer. I don't know what is this. Before it was much faster. Maybe some additions on Lichess board made it freezing sometimes. It's so annoying. I don't have any money on a new computer, and I barely believe it will solve the problem. You really need at least 4GB RAM and better CPU to make pieces go smoothly. Why Lichess board freezing like Twitch videos...

It's impossible. It feels like when I move a piece, it's heavy, like I drag a stone behind my cursor. Why piece cannot stay under cursor? Why it trails behind it? It's really annoying.
Here is what I mean:

Why it's so difficult to do? When I drag objects in windows, recycle bin for example, there is no piece lagging behind cursor. Why it does on Lichess?

Todays web applications consume a lot more resources than years ago. You can try to switch to another Operating System like Linux Mint, which is similar. But i think it's also a problem of the graphic card if there exists any.

I have 128Mb graphic card. Can it be a problem?
If I will be on Linux Mint, will I be able to use all the same programs, like Chrome, Adobe Audition, Skype, gaming mouse drivers, etc.?

128Mb is nothing for 2016. I don't know adobe audition, but on linux you have an Emulator called "Wine" to emulate the windows platform to be able to install windows programs also on Linux. Skype for linux is avaiable, all drivers will be searched and downloaded automatically. Before installing i suggest you to try the live CD.
A least: if you don't have the money for a new computer, why not searching for a used computer?
