3 things : first lichess tos clearly states you have to be above 13 to post in forums
Second you should avoid taking medical advice from strangers online and instead ask your Healthcare provider or a professional in body building
And finnaly why would you want to get buff, if you want to do physical activities running is mostly better
And if you decide to body build no matter what do not get packed proteins (because it is pure amenic acids that gets directly absorbed ) instead eat natural protein and don't exhaust yourself
