I really want an xbox! my dad gave me 32 bucks to buy one!!! only issue, I don't know how to get an xbox for that cheap. i don't want a broken one but I can have some broken thx!!!!!

Dont buy an xbox.
Save say 10-15 extra bucks and buy an R36s From Aliexpress. It is better.

That is the incorrect question.
It emulates from before the Nes up to psx, N64 and dreamcast. A bit of atomiswave and naomi (the arcade version of dreamcast, which you better get on dreamcast). Technically it runs psp, but it doesnt run it well but a few 2d games. Not worth it.
They send a memory card with many games from all those platforms, but you can just download whichever you want and make you own custom gamelist.

Thats how it works with Handheld consoles with emulators. There is no option to buy those roms for said console. At best, if you do actually want to buy them, they are on specific consoles, like the switch, you cant buy them all, and they come with its own emulator, not that you can switch it. And you cant export them to newer consoles either. You have to buy them only for the platform they decide they have to be played on.
But anyways, I just told you about an alternative, which in my view, its actually doable with 40 bucks or so. Up to you.
