I say just move on and dont care its 1 game report if you think its that suspicious

Think u r in a match now , and you found your opponent , is there any way to detect if your opponent is a cheater while in-game , and what to do if he is a cheater? ( in-game )
Since Im obviously the best chess player ever, if my opponent wins against me, he is a cheater 100% confirmed
