While im chilling & watching andrew tang to became even better. I saw something that let me play better but i didn't find it. While he is playing there was a voice behind saying "queen e3, bishop b1" How can i enable this voice?

Unfortunately the sound for every move is not available.
There is a pentatonic sound effect when you play a move.
Maybe someone knows of an add-on to have each move translated into a voiced sound.

Yes, what Andrew Tang uses is the dmitlichess extension as @LaBourdeAuNez noted. The extension plays random sound clips based on the move you just made, but it doesn't analyse the position whatsoever -- it just plays a random sound clip that it has. So you might hear something like "Queen g4. Now perhaps bishop f4 idea?" but that Bf4 move may not even be possible!
Hence, I don't think this will help you improve your chess. It's just a fun extension to have, that's all.

Do you use google chrome? Because this extension only works with this browser.
Porting an extension might be a solution.
