No I don't think so but it would probably be useful for some people who want to just erase all of their post history. I think the best option for you now is to just complete the long and tedious work of deleting all 1,348 of posts. That seems quite silly when I write it, actually.

Consider cleaning up background apps and useless ones. You can turn on "offload unused apps" so the ones who you don't use are deleted but you can get your data back when downloaded again.

Sorry but this sounds hard to believe. Lichess is probaly one of the most performing and well-written board game server sites ever. Moreover forum posts are likely stored server side, not on your device.
What you could be the case here is that the cache of the app can be cleaned up. Just go to the app settings and it should be possible to reset the cache.
