How to create a good team?

I am struggling, no matter what I do for my team, they just don't participate in any tournaments. Only 5% - 10% of my team get active everyday otherwise, they aren't even online for months. And out of 5%-10% only 0.6% play in tournaments! So how can I gain active members?

Yeah, same here. No one wants to play for the small teams. Everyone only for big teams. That's the thing that sucks.

You Need to have Money Tournaments and stuff where people can get rewards. And do tournaments and stuff when people like to have it and what time control they want.

I also had a team it had 240 members but no-one played for it. :(

2 things

  • I can't have money tournaments, I am only 14. Rewards like logos I can do but nobody wants that...
  • In my team, I keep my ears open for suggestion, and I also create tournaments of their preferred time control, but the only ones playing are me, that player and some 2 or 3 other people and in the end everyone leaves the tournament.

My team doesn't have points system. Things get complicated...

my team only has 62 members, and when i make tournaments there is always only 2 people joining. :'(

Usually the young people who want to grow their team can't give money. I just hope mostly people play chess for fun and not only for the rewards.
