How to control yourself?

I mean what do you do when you keep losing. (Most probably bullet games) You know you can't do it anymore but you still rematch and keep losing. How do you control yourself?

Yeah I got tired at 5.41 a.m. after losing 200 elo

I give a break.I used to get tilted a lot.The solution i found is if i lose more than 2 games in a row,i give a break till the tilt is totally off my system.Sometimes half an hour ,sometimes even more

Well I lose a 100 elo a day lol and then I spend my days making the elo go same lol
