You can only change the change the case of the letters in your username. This is the link: lichess.org/account/username

If you are wanting to change your entire user name, then you have to depend on chess.com. Chess.com has two advantages:

It allows you to change your entire username (For example: Light Man to Fire Man) but only 1 once.
You can make maximum 3 accounts in it but you will always be signed out.

Lichess doesn't have any of these features, so you can depend on chess.com . Hope it helped!
