Seems to be true, but anyway, I'm red side, and there is no cannon in the file 3.

It seems you made an illegal move. The two black chariots are on a10 and i10 and cannot move to g6. If you are using algebraic notation, the chariots on i10 can only move to i9 or i8. Also, I only follow WXF notation (including the Chinese chess notation; WXF is the World Xiangqi Federation).
I won't decide my next move until someone makes a legal move.
as + and - are seen from red OR black's view ( depending on whose move it is ) , it is from #1 not clear if for the number of the files also it depends who's move it is in wxf.
