Create a new Law

What laws wouldn't be the worst thing in the world to implement? I'll go first:

If you start doing cringe tiktok dances in the hallway at school, I am legally allowed to pour a gallon of water on your head.
Law that a child under the age of 12 must not have access to the internet

The law or laws I'd create would be based on what I think living in Civilization means, based on the public good, which taxes would pay for.

For example: Because everyone eats food and needs drinking water to live, and assuming their is a surplus available to the people, I'd make a law that entitles all the citizens living under such a govt, paying its taxes, would recieve a living share of Food stamps, seeing that as a public good regardless of being rich or poor (everyone of its citizens), but not beyond the living food surplus that exists. Otherwise, without a food surplus, meaning there's a shortage, different capitalistic rules should apply. Also, because it sanitary to have people use public restrooms instead of the streets, relating to public health, I'd have taxes fund laws that made restroom use available based on stats of where people live and go to, even funding the Janitors to clean it up. Overall, I'd try to make laws relevant to everyone, based on human needs and human rights, as I percieved them, so that functioning in such a society would be easier for the people living within it. And, people in my system would still be encouraged to work (not everything is free or is a human right), based on what people want above the poverty line and thrive on, growing the economy. Although, I don't know what the punishment for not using a restroom should be, I'd think people would naturally want to use one when disposing of their human bodily waste. It might be kind of ridiculous having a bathroom trial, thinking about it, even though I believe in the end results of people using the bathroom - that's where I'd like help from the justice system and people to help determine what makes sense for that.
