How strange. When I went to post my last comment it said "In 10 seconds" after I posted. Is this some kind of chatban?

80,000,000,000 dollars a day. You wouldn't need this more than once.

The only issue is getting the entire world to conform to your country-specific laws (as there is no true global government)
