I haven't finished yet, so they probably won't get to the screen before I'm dead, but I'm working on a pair of stories: The Night before the Beginning of Time, and The morning After the End of Time. And no, it isn't space opera.

"Way Out"
A person finds himself in a psychological experiment, where he knows somebody, but not who, if not everybody, may be trying to exercise their second amendment rights on him. Each day he is stuck in the experiment, he is getting less sane and wondering if he took one too many of those methamphetamines from that guy outside of Home Depot. It's just hard for his single braincell to comprehend, and he begins to regret all his life choices. He begins to wonder if there is a way out of the psychological experiment way more times than he can count on one finger. One day, he finds an exit, but before he can make a run for it, a guard stops him and puts him in maximum security with 24/7 monitoring all-day. Like normal, 24/7 monitoring is so overpowered they should nerf it one day - like maybe taking away it's existence rights. Soon after, he finds a secret exit and wonders what's down there - and before he knows it, he's out of the experiment! But then, he realizes the truth - he's in an even bigger psychological experiment. Jokes on you - he didn't even escape to the larger experiment. That's just all the excuses he can come up with for not even escaping the experiment at all. There's no way out. Will he never leave this psychological experiment, or will he get to touch real grass? Find out in this movie which makes you wonder if you are in a psychological experiment or not.
