starscream both sites offer free chess , im unsure if lichess caters for juniors but if it doesnt it could , you can play on both sites regardless of whether you are working or not though hence my downthumb
phobbs i havent looked at analysis much or study , i know i should as it likely will improve my chess but i guess im lazy

@sabutuma chess.com has 2 major flaws
1: they don't ban cheaters as frequently if they are paying members since they don't want to lose their funding source
2: the don't allow you to criticize their website in the forums or mention their competitors
aside for that it's better than lichess if you have a membership. It's hard to argue with that. maybe I offended some people for being cheap lol

I mean pls tell me one good thing about chess.com. Because the only thing as far as I know that lichess does not have and chess.com has is the variant called Bughouse
just because we differ on this it doesnt mean im offended
perhaps you are right re subscribers getting an easier ride but my experience of cc is that even titled players get banned for cheating
on mentioning competitors yes thats a cc no no
but like all sites that are interactive there is a terms of service , so its not as if you are entering an unknown
i do like how lichess allows me to mention fod , cc , ie competitors , thats the sign of a site that doesnt fear competition and thats healthy
