Chess Pursuit, something I get when Lichess url doesn't work, how far can you get and tips to win?

If a link doesn't work (like the one above) there's this Chess Pursuit game. How far can you get and helpful tips to win?

I have just managed to win the game!

It is quite hard and stressful, close to the end there are these spikes that stick out of the board, then right at the end there is a castle which is the finishing line

It's kinda hard for me lol.

@SuperHarryPotterFan You might feel it is hard if you use mobile device, it is pretty easy to maneuver through the board using a keyboard.

I know. But it's still hard for me because it feels endless.
