Search for a hacker :)
We say cyber security devs and their are types (pentesters, networking experts, systems experts, social engineers, and the guy that will send you on Facebook I am the official Google company give me your email and password)
Second if you want a white hat go to freelancing cites like fever
And finally a black hat would never tell you in a public forum
However I want to know why you asking
