Would like check if my planned action does not break some tos again, after appeal case

Reading tos and all stuff, but it quite lenthy thing, not sure if I did missed something.

I would like to get some clarification in context of appeal template response, but as I reading sending appeal messages is discouraged so as I guess it an typical problem happening ofthen here, so I hope someone knows it here, and maybe able to point me in the rigth direction in complieance with how things are done here

Response, its main part - it says, just in case some one forgot how it looks like, copy it in full

My main problem is necessity to use a different email, as I do not have an access to any other emails atm

I do read some stuff here and there(holy tos included), and I see it possible to close the account, and it allowed to create another account with the same email. Be able to do it once or something. So is such a way to do it the solution to me and is it according to local rules or is it not?

As far as I know that is only possible for unrestricted accounts.

It is not against the rules, but I do not expect it to work. Feel free to try.

On that close account page it does not say anything that it not allowed for my account, to close it

But yeah would like to have a bit more confidence about that, as I have limited number of chances here, lol

You live in good old days, not so much anymore, with 2 factor authoristation, phone verifications, bans on countries etc.
So as personal curcumstances atm. It is not that I do not have spare email in general, but atm I do have access only to this one, as it is added on my android device and the rest aren't for variety of reasons. And I use google authorisation when possible, in the cases like this one, cuz I forget passwords, soo, and it is the only gmail I have for all registrations of this class(and it only gmail I have). And once I get to have access to my other emails, not sure I'll have time for chess, as work will be calling(again not a stop for everything, but shifting solving thing further in the future).
So as to solve a small inconvinience, I do not want to make more inconviniences for myself.
So free or not, there may be, and are in my case some other reasons for me to consider as well.

There are some benefits in current state of this account as well, as it allows me to play more high rating players in blitz, no matter of the outcome, which has adavantages for me compared to chesscom, where I play only with my level players. Benefit is quite unique for me, so I would like to be more certain in outcome, if I close this account, it would be another dissapointemnt if it turns out at the end that closing and using same email is against tos or does not work at all, so then I would loose the benefit for no reason.

I do not say it is a problem which could not be overcome, but just as I was reading tos and other stuff, I also somewhat noticed it may potencially be a solution to my current curcumstances, so I decided to ask, as per tos this(below) and somewhere else, is basicaly - we can ban you as we see fit - so I have no way to know for sure if it is allowed or not, which practices are used in this regard.

And similar stuff in some other places of tos. In essence meaning that I have no way to know if it is right or wrong and the only way to know is to ask.

If it would be a solution then it would be nice to know it from that template response, maybe improve it.

I did mentioned it in the appeal as to be of one of the problems, but I didn't articulate it specifically, wasn't focusing on that aspect of issue(which is the only one problem in my case for me, and not state it clearly and focused was my mistake as well), so as the response also didn't noticed that aspect, so I got hanging in the believe that I have to use another email, and the idea it may be not the case, it surfaced in a research of mine as result of another conversation, while I noticed closing account as possibility, and reading tos I didn't noticed anything specifically against it, however also it is not clear if it may be the special curcumstances which also mentiont in tos, with examples of some cases which aren't that inline with my situation, or will it be counted as multiple accounts thing or somethkng else not mentiont in tos(or mentioned but I missed it) that also is not clear after reading stuff.

So it is Google / GMail account? You do not need 2nd acct, you are good to go right now...

See my esse(which happens often to me, beyond my control) isn't that useless, as you extracted some relevant part from it as gmail aspect, and were able to give me a great tip, lol.

So as the thing serves as feedback, a user researches tos to be a good user, and what difficulties one may have solving after appeal problems, as you may see explanation about why creation of a different emeail is not necessarly a 5 min deal. People have their own shoes, so they arent able to know you have yours, so they tend to assume everyone has their shoes. I myself was sulrised how creation of an email changed for oast 20 years, once I needed an email for some project, a year ago.

But yeah, writing long stuf - it happens often to me.

With dots or pluses it says wrong email or taken(does not distinguish it, one error message) so that one we can cross from the list.

Too bad, maybe you can try free emails that do not require phone verification, like Proton Mail. If you have trouble remembering passwords... just dont worry about this one, you can forget it & throw it away after you create and store the Lichess account...

Sure there are ways to make an email, but that is not the main focus. If I remember correctly gmail allows aliases etc.

I was fine if admins would remove this account with an option of me making a new one with my old email(it was one of the outcomes I was expectecting as one of appeal results, or reseting this account, which they apparently do not do so easilty), and I know for sure they do remove accounts (have such capacity, and do so on regular basis). So I was curious if I can do a similar sequence of actions using that close account page.

I'm asking beforehand because of local policy - no right for a mistake, and because it seems not written down as a potencial solution. Not much useful information to read for after appeal cases in general, as it seems, if I do not miss something. Considering such cases happens on regular basis, I would say it truly diserves a faq section.
