Yesterday I played another cheater, who have lately overflown the platform. I sent a report during my game!!! with the cheater as I straight away felt that the opponent was playing suspiciosly. Expecting for the cheater to be banned during our game and so that I have no further issue with points refund and so on. Occasionally it works in such situations and cheaters are getting banned pretty quickly. However today I see that still no measures were taken against this player. I once again send the report. I marked 6 latest games of the player with 98-99% accuracy. Still no actions taken. I wonder what other kind of proof have to be provided to get the cheater banned? Otherwise please explain what keeps those who are responsible for banning cheaters from doing their job in a proper way and let normal players enjoy the game at the maximum on the platform?

Perhaps consider they are not cheating.
Perhaps consider they are not cheating.

Are you trying to explain me that a player who plays 6 straight games with 98-99% accuracy is not a cheater? Really?

It might take a bit it's all done by volunteers, so in that regard you're definitely expecting a little too much.
The user looks suspicious to me too but I'm no expert.

Finally it's done! They banned the player. However once again I got refunded 2 points instead of 6 that were deducted after the loss. Brilliant system! What can I say!

Look at the top players on the Lichess Rapid and Classical leaderboards. They consistently score above 90% accuracy, over hundreds of games. Now compare that with 6 games. Okay, yes your opponent did get banned, but accuracy doesn't necessarily equate cheating.

Asking "Why X?", implying that X is obviously true without that being the case (or, like here, with X being obviously false) is a classical manipulation.

I'm pretty sure you have already asked exactly the same question at least once already, perhaps even more than once.

All your yesteday's games were 30+0 so that they could not possibly last more than 1 hour. Expecting your report to be processed and your opponent investigated properly within an hour is quite unrealistic, I'm afraid.

Your belief that 98-99% accuracy is a "proof of cheating" is likely part of the actual problem here.
BtW, looking at your recent history, you seem to be on a path to receive a temporary playban yourself due to your habit of cancelling games frequently.
